What does it cost?+

A $100 one-time setup fee, plus $240/yr per mailbox paid to Google for the Workspace license. Many nonprofits qualify for free or discounted Workspace through Google for Nonprofits, and I help you apply.

Do I need a website to get custom email?+

No. Custom email works with any domain you own. If I'm already building your site, we'll set it up on the same domain so everything matches.

Is this really just Gmail?+

Yes, it's the full Google Workspace suite, the same Gmail, Calendar, Drive, and Meet your team already uses, but running on your own domain and under your control.

We already use personal Gmail accounts. Can we keep our mail?+

Yes. I can migrate existing mail, contacts, and calendars into your new Workspace mailboxes so nothing gets lost in the move.

Who owns the account?+

Your organization does. The domain and the Workspace account are yours. If a staff member leaves or you want to manage it yourself, I hand over full admin access, no lock-in.
